Continuing education. Teleos is up to date in certifications of community association management and continual education to ensure the end user is apprised of all statutes that govern homeowners and special districts.

Teleos management does not strive to be the largest management company but specializes in giving homeowners a hands on and individual relationship with management. Teleos offers all the amenities of a larger management company but with a personal touch.
OUR TEAM
Angela Elliott - Founder
Angela Elliott founded Teleos management group in 2007 to make buying and living in a community a memorable experience. With thirty years plus in land development, Teleos is knowledgeable in all areas of development, from water rights, special districts, functions of local municipalities and homeowner associations. Teleos management group is experienced in association living and through knowledge of the governing documents and state statutes to assist homeowners in a smooth transition and understanding of a healthy and happy living environment. Teleos management has firsthand knowledge of special districts and is experienced in service plans; statutory filings, annual reports; process and track development fees.
Angela has over 30 years’ experience in land development, acquisitions, entitlements, closings and managing projects in the residential and commercial markets. Overseeing $1 billion of development in and 10,000 acres developed into successful communities.
Before starting Teleos, Angela was instrumental in completing sensitive commercial and residential real estate transactions to high end, viable and desirable communities in Colorado. Teleos understands the necessary goals to achieve from development to end users.
